Our Warranty Promise
All Reboxed pre-owned iPhones come with:
- 12-Month Warranty: Coverage for any hardware-related issues that arise within one year of your purchase.
- 6-Month Battery Replacement Warranty: Ensures optimal performance, with a free replacement if the battery fails within six months.
Returns Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your device within 7 days of receiving it, in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
- Eligibility: The device must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
- Process: Contact our support team within 7 days to initiate the return.
- Refund: Once the device has been inspected and approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer to exchange your device for another, we’re happy to assist. Please note:
- The returned device must meet the criteria outlined in our returns policy.
- If the replacement device costs more or less, you will either pay the difference or receive a partial refund.
