Welcome to Reboxed. By accessing or using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

1. General

Reboxed provides pre-owned Apple iPhones that have been tested, certified, and sold in accordance with our quality standards. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Product Condition

All devices sold by Reboxed are pre-owned and may show minor cosmetic wear depending on grading. However, all devices are fully functional and undergo a rigorous 90-point quality check using industry-leading diagnostics.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.

4. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.
  • If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Delivery

  • We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.
  • Risk in the product passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Customers may return a product within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition, including packaging and accessories.

Refunds will be processed once the returned device has been inspected and approved.

7. Warranty

  • All devices include a 12-month warranty covering hardware defects.
  • A 6-month battery replacement warranty applies.
  • The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Reboxed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Reboxed and may not be used without permission.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).
